We had a great experience here. Melanie did fittings . and got the style / color just perfect even helping my mom learn how to put it on care for it in a simple way. Definitely recommend for women needing some youthful coverage for thinning hair
Melanie was phenomenal! She made me feel at ease and comfortable. She educated me between synthetic hair vs natural hair; how to take care of the wig in order to prolong it’s longevity; told me all the services they provide for the convenience of the customer. Best part was when I chose the first wig I tried on and loved it, when I found out the cost, she immediately offered me to try other wigs that were less expensive. Again, making me feel at ease if I found it to be too expensive. Due to that comfort level she provided, I did try on several more but at the end, I came back to choose the first one. She never rushed me! Last but not least, I availed their service of styling my wig. This was truly a great experience and made it all worthwhile! Be sure to have an appointment so they can spend the time on you that they want to give.
